The deadline for student fees has passed. As of Feb 2, 2008, the late registration for participants will be $75, and a final list of participants will be due to the Registration Chair at 2008SESC.register@gmail.com by March 1, 2008. At that time, if the number of students attending from your chapter has increased relative to the student registration fees paid on Feb 1, a check in that additional amount will also be due. Please note, there will not be refunds for "no shows".

Example: University X sent their check on Feb 1 for 45 students at regular registration. By March 1, John, Susie, Bob and Fred want to go. However, two students registered before can't go. What does U of X do? 45 students - 2 who can't go + 3 who want to = 46 participants. Since U of X paid for 45, it means this extra person needs to pay late registration. So, U of X sends check by Mar 1 for $75 (late registration for one person) and a final participant list that reflects who can / can't go.

January 25, 2008 - Registration: Registration form due

February 1, 2008 - Registration: Student Fee due

March 1, 2008 at 5:00p Final list of conference attendees

March 1, 2008 (postmark) Final check for additional late registering members
